Description: The Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Cardiotocography (CTG) Workshops for Midwives are designed to strengthen midwives’ knowledge, skills, and confidence in providing safe and evidence-based care during labor, birth, and the immediate newborn period. The workshops focus on early recognition of fetal and neonatal compromise, accurate CTG interpretation, timely intrauterine resuscitation, and effective newborn resuscitation at birth. Through interactive lectures, case discussions, and hands-on simulations, participants will enhance clinical decision-making, teamwork, and adherence to current guidelines to improve maternal and neonatal outcomes.
